    Aluminum alloy anodized electrophoretic composite film combines the performance advantages of anodized film and organic polymer film. Aluminum alloy anodized electrophoretic composite film refers to the coating of organic polymer film on the basis of a certain thickness of anodized film, which means that aluminum alloy anodized electrophoretic composite film is a double-layer structure of anodized film and organic polymer.

     As early as the 1960s, electrophoretic powder coating technology had already emerged as the dominant treatment method for aluminium construction profiles. This technology can operate in a fully enclosed cycle, and almost 100% of the coatings are utilized, solving the problem of organic solvent pollution.

     In the mid-1980s, China began to introduce aluminium profile anodizing electrophoretic powder coating production lines. With the development of the market, hundreds of aluminum extrusion profile anodizing electrophoretic production lines have now been put into operation.
